CROSSFIT (1 HOUR)

CrossFit training is used by the military, elite athletes and some of the fittest men and women on earth but it can also be done by YOU or anyone else. Workouts are scalable, the exercises can be carried out via progressions because the needs of an athlete, someone wanting to get in shape, an 80-year-old grandparent, student or business owner differ by degree and not kind. They are devised to suit YOU.

CrossFit is, at its core, a strength and conditioning program for anyone looking to significantly improve their overall level of fitness and health.

HYROX IS FITNESS RACING

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

Each race is hosted indoors in expansive exhibition halls, creating an immersive and electrifying race, where your spectators can support you from the very beginning to the very end.

This race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leaderboards & a cumulative World Championships at the end of each race season.

Accommodating both professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level, HYROX is the sport for everybody.

PERSONAL TRAINER

We offer personal training for all levels and all goals, be it in general fitness or honing more complex skills.

COMPETITORS PROGRAM

For those competitive beasts among us wanting to get into the sport of CrossFit we offer a unique and tailored program to meet the individual challenges required.

This includes Competition preparation, skills development, accessory work, nutrition and tailored accessory programs.

KIDS CLUB

CrossFit Kids Club does not only introduce kids at a young age to the benefit of CrossFit but also, more importantly, sets the best foundation for their physical development.

At Portland Beach CrossFit we offer 2 classes a week for both young children (under 11) and older and more advanced children (11-16).

OPEN GYM

Open gym is time made available for members to use the gym outside of our programmed classes for accessory work. Open gym is offered as a stand alone membership or as a bolt on to existing memberships.

We offer a generous 8 hours of Open Gym per week at PBCF. We recommend that athletes use Open Gym alongside a personalised accessory program provided by one of our coaches to help you realise your CrossFit goals.

BEGINNERS CROSSFIT CLASS (FOUNDATIONS)

On joining PBCF you will take part in our Saturday beginners classes where we teach you the basics.

This is a 4-6 week program. We will walk you through all areas of CrossFit including nutrition and answer any questions that you have about starting your journey.

SUP FITNESS & SUP YOGA

Taking your fitness onto the water!

Simply being out on a SUP is a great full-body workout, but with a bit of effort you can get some real health and fitness benefits from a session.
